[drupal-docs] Handbook 2

So.

I am not entirely sure we are particularly better off than we were two 
weeks ago.  This is *not* a hard thing we're trying to make.

So.  You know...  Let's move it.  ^.^

Right now we need some real solid consensus on what the root books 
should be so that Dries or whomever can make them.  We need to decide on 
the site for developing the handbook.  Is that the Doc Books Wiki?  Is 
it the TWiki? (http://twiki.org/)  Someone needs to speak up and install 
test sites.  In, say, a week.

We also need to have a very serious discussion on style sheets. 

I cut out a long negative rant in this post but happy to bring it back 
if it will get things done faster or at least people motivated...  even 
if their motivation is to yell at me. ;)
