So, header arguments aside, the styleguide is coming along...  I could 
still wish someone would agree with my basic page idea, but oh, well.  ;p

However, consensus on root books was still not made.

Developer's Guide

However, some of these are the results of changes I made katei ni.  I 
have marked them in the changelog, so you can rewind back to what was 
originally there if you like.

Opinions required, either on list or on the wiki.
