My suggestion was to just set up the new books, and move content over 
time. Obviously there is "pressure" to get it done, but there is no 
harm in having things half-finished -- since no node ID changes/link 
rot take place. Let's do it in the open, and start by creating the new 
root books.

Don't need to do this if we do as above. Everything is created as book 
pages, just new stuff gets created in place in the correct place.

Note: I will have very little time to participate over the next several 
weeks, but will help out as much as I can.
