[drupal-docs] Where do I start

^.^;; Chiquititos, if ya'll want to fratch, you can take it out to the
forums.
Touching the contrib module project overview is an overreach. Certainly
it is desirable to improve all Drupal documentation, but this is the
Drupal.org doc team; our purview is technically the handbook and
documentation involving the core installation of Drupal. If you include
documentation, say a page, on a contrib module in the handbook, it has
to be clear, concise, accurate (like all handbook pages), and you must
make sure you have given a chance for the contrib module's creator or
maintainer to have input on it.
In any case, can we focus on getting actual *BOOKS* made? :)
