[drupal-docs] Drupal documentation organizing experiment-last draft

Hi, I want to thank Ron, Denise, Furilo, and Heather for taking the 
time to fill out the card sorting experiment.  Your feedback helped me 
eliminate several documentation descriptions that were repetitive.  I 
have also added descriptions of terms that we in the Drupal community 
take for granted.  I also want to thank the 147 and counting people 
that took the time to fill out the Drupal Documentation survey.

The only remaining question is whether or not to add a separate 
handbook for applications(modules) given the strong requests for it 
based on the survey.  If I don't get anymore comments then I will 
launch the experiment some time late tomorrow.
