Neither. I'm asking for you to enable the "story" module and apply a 
new taxo vocab. This is for the types of content that I mentioned that 
are not documentation (i.e. not straight factual, but rather 
opinion-based information).

1. Anyone can submit a story; goes into the queue
2. Story is reviewed / discussed on drupal-docs
3. Edited as needed/asked for the original author to edit/adjust
4. Story is approved and published to the front page

I'm happy to pass on further discussion of this since we are in the 
midst of churn around the current Handbook BUT I wanted to bring it up 
because I see a distinction between documentation (factual info) and 
this sort of content (opinion, open to multiple views) -- some of which 
I saw in the card-sort.
