Well, if you consider that things especially needed for a "content" site
are far from core (wysiwyg editor, etc), then having all these things in
core (even if disabled by default) make Drupal more of a community
management system then a content management system. I feel Drupal is a
community and content management system too, at least this is why it was
my choice two years ago.
