Needs someone with extensive privileges to fix. I tried, but since I
have no acess to path alias settings, I cannot get the real node URL,
and cannot craft the node edit URL to fix the page.

Page is generating the following error:

The format_name() function was renamed to theme_username() a few days
ago, so it probably just needs to be changed to that.
