As we discussed this on IRC, I had a good laugh here, 'cos I associated to  
lead as a chemical element, so I read this "and project ballast". Now I  
know that English is an interesting language and "project lead" is OK, but  
let's write "project leader" -- maybe there are other Drupalers who are  
not English native speakers.
