[drupal-docs] single source admin help links

I've been thinking that as we update the admin/help this time, we'll 
need to note whether the module doc is for 4.6/4.7 or 4.7 only. Included 
in that statement could be a reference to the fact that this is the text 
included in admin/help. Something like

"The following documentation on this page can be found within your 
Drupal 4.7 site via administer >> help. There the links will connect you 
directly to the appropriate configuration pages."

Or some such thing. Perhaps in italics or a styled div to make it standout.

Any other ideas?
