Look at the book pages links at the bottom. You will see the command line version of "copying your site..." there. It is because I have changed the parent. Feel free to change the parent back to the "copy your site..." GUI version instead of the "upgrade" if you wish.

Exactly. This is overkill and makes it look like it is not planned properly.

Then I vote for a color. The different font sizes looks bad. As I said, I didn't change the color, as I felt the "Jump to:" section highlighted enough.

So now you'd lie to them to make them THINK it is a two-step process and then they notice it is not? I disagree with your position on this aspect.
