[documentation] Configuring a Drupal site: a case study

Charlie, I think a Section titled Drupal Site Recipes' would work. I am slowly trying to work into my schedule finsihing off some recipe's from the site config challange. The recipe analogy carries as well in that while the incredients may be the same in many cases, everyone personalizes to their own taste.

I agree. Eventually, I think we may need to abstract some of these in
that section and put the actual texts in the Configuration and
Customization handbook (this about customization), but this is the best
location for now.
