[documentation] Configuring a Drupal site: a case study

Best Practices is best ways to do things that everyone can benefit from. Everyone needs to do a backup, everyone should be playing with a test site...etc.
Recipes are ways to put things together that can vary between goals. My site is not your site and your site is not Charlies site :).

As I have said before +1 on "community recipes" and "site recipes". I
think normal people can relate to this term much more than "best
practises" which is a term I love!
