[documentation] Documenting the 31 e-commerce modules

Something I have been working on in my spare time (which unfortunately has been
few and far between as of late) is creating a full-blown user manual for the
E-Commerce module which covers all of the menu options, plus what all the
configuration options do, and then runs through a couple case studies of common
use cases for the E-Commerce module and what settings would need to be set
where. It's maybe 30-35% finished at the moment. I could extrapolate from that
document and probably create a good portion of these admin/help pages in a
couple of hours. Would you like me to forward you what I have so far?
