Legacy.inc was removed from Drupal HEAD some 2 weeks ago, yet still
shows up on DrupalDocs.org, and specifically here:
http://drupaldocs.org/api/head/group/form


This is causing massive confusion for new developers who keep thinking
they can use those form_* functions in HEAD and they really, really
can't.


I have no idea how to fix this though. :( Anyone with access who can
check and see if the CVS DrupalDocs.org is checking against is out of
date?
