By turning off comments, I suppose that we mean turning off write 
access? I'd be glad to do some integration of existing content in the 
comments that is in the book pages into the pages themselves for the 
user and administrator sections. It's the kind of thing that can sort of 
be done a little here, a little there over time.

Assuming that this is the case, what workflow process would we have for 
this? As we integrate, do we go ahead and delete the comments, 
especially those that are nothing but support requests?
