Is there a way to move the comments from this book page to a forum 
discussion?  If there isn't an automated way I might do it manually.  
It appears I should be able to create the forum posts myself and then 
modify the authors and creation dates to match the comments.  Once I do 
this I will delete the comments from the discussion.  Sound good?

That's what I figured.  Thanks for adding the handbook page,  Bèr.  I 
deleted the comment.
