[drupal-docs] Drupal HowTo's

Last semester, my technical writing students created their own Drupal
End User Documentation Guide:

http://drupal45.cyberdash.net/node/104

From the perspective of the focus of the class, the project was
extremely successful. Students learned a lot about how to put together
this type of documentation. However, much of the documentation is less
than useful for Drupal; its very alpha, and I think, superseded by much
that is in the admin guide already.

This semester I'd like to find a different project. The few howto's that
we did do in the class seemed to be the most successful in terms of
students producing very useful documentation. So I'm looking for
suggestions on specific howto's students could produce. Bryght already
has a bunch already:

http://support.bryght.com/adminguide/how-to
http://support.bryght.com/userguide

Any requests? I would need to come up with at least 16 or so and not
merely duplicate what has been done by Bryght. Also, recognize that my
students are mostly engineers and science majors; only a few are in IT.
So they can't do things like howto install Drupal or howto setup a
multi-site configuration.

I would also be willing to do something other than howto's. But it would
need to be something that I could have 8 student groups work on.
