[drupal-docs] How to design your Drupal site to be useful and usable

Hi, two weekends ago a few of us from CivicSpace Labs had the
opportunity to attend the FLOSS usability conference. We had a number
of usability experts and user experience people join us to evaluate
CivicSpace. It wasn't pretty.

Here's the result:

please click through to here:

It's a Wiki so feel free to hack away, old versions are there for me to
retrieve. The basic story is that after seeing our navigation system
savaged by usability experts and generally assuming that it wasn't our
fault I went home and sat down with the Drupal documentation and eight
ounces of vodka. I quickly realized the beauty that is Drupal and the
sadness that not RTFMing brings.

I hope find it useful and feel free to make a local copy. I would
recommend doing a search and replace on CivicSpace with the name of
your favorite Drupal distro and a search and replace on the term
www.yoursite.com with http://YOURACTUALSITESURL.

I look forward to hearing your feedback and hope that we can work with
the Drupal community to evolve this into Drupal documentation.

A lot of people contributed to this document, namely Dave Greenberg
from CivCRM. I will add all the contributors when it reaches it's final
form.

Cheers,
Kieran
