++1 To everything except for above on how to deal with help...unless
this is an interim step to move help out of code and into somewhere
more editable.
Heck, I'd be fine with removing the help.module completely until it is
rewritten -- today it tends to be misleading, wrong, outdated, or a
combination of all three (I just noticed for example that the default
workflow page does not get updated if "new" columns appear -- e.g.
excerpt, attachment, etc.).
