We are proud and pleased to finally announce the release of
CivicSpace version 0.8.1:

This new release includes the following major changes:
* Upgrade to Drupal 4.6.2 core
* Replaced old Image module with new Image.module
* Replaced HTMLArea with TinyMCE
* New CivicSpace theme (created by CSL's Chris Messina)
* Redesigned Install system (by CSL's Chris Messina and Ankur Rishi)
* New Event module (by CSL contractor Aaron Welch)
* Addition of the Location module (created by CSL's Ankur Rishi)
* Added Event Finder module (created by CS vendor Michael Haggerty)
* Improving mass mailer(by CSL contractor Gerhard Killesreiter)
* Added configuration documentation (created by CSL contractor
Charlie Lowe)
* Vastly improved admin help documentation for modules and the Drupal
handbook (documentation project led by CSL's Kieran Lal)
We've also brought CivicSpace much closer to Drupal development by:
* Unforking the forms module.
* Unforking the survey module.
* Unforking the node_import module.
* Renaming contact module to contact_manager
Go download and install or upgrade to this release and tell us what
you think. CivicSpace is still a work in progress so keep an eye out
for things we can fix.
