[drupal-docs] Blocks for Drupal Documentation on Drupal.org

Now that we have split up the books, we have the added problem that 
users who jump into a handbook from the forums or another website may 
not know about the other handbooks. So I added an additional link:

"View the other handbooks"

http://drupal.org/handbook

The alternative would be to add a page with a title such as this to each 
new handbook (weighted at the bottom of the top tier) so that users pick 
up on it from the book TOC block.
