Definitely looks great.

One suggestion for "IX. Upload the new versions of modules." It says

"Install them as you normally would, uploading them to the modules/ 
folder and running .sql scripts when necessary. Individual modules may 
even have their own upgrade scripts. Check for README files with help 
upgrading or installing individual modules."

Typically, if this is an upgrade, the user would never "run .sql 
scripts" since the tables would already be in the db but rather only do 
updates if the tables have changed.
