[drupal-docs] Drupal Drops Newsletter Sponsorship Program

Oddly enough, I don't care for Druplication, it sounds...childish almost.
I'd like to see something professional, even if we just call it The Drupal
Newsletter.
I'll make the corrections Dries suggested. Also, which contact form shall I
use?
