Keiran,
A friend of mine is setting up a site and said there seems to be nothing on drupal.org on setting up comment moderation. As he has figured it out somewhat, he is going to write it up as a comment or page
for comments module. I don't have comments on my sites, but when he showed me what was involved I asked him to write it up. Hopefully it'll show up by this weekend.

Hi, I am looking for grammatical errors, awkward phrasing, missing
links, punctuation problems. re-writes are welcome. Here is an
example of some feedback I got for Listhandler:
listhandler
-suggest putting "the" in front of mail handler and list handler
-the word "received" is misspelled throughout this entire page
-suggest a rewrite for the paragraph below:
The listhandler module allows you to connect one or more mailing
lists to forums and vice versa. It works with mail handler. Mail
handler recieves an email and then asks list handler if the recieved
email is part of a list. If the recieved email is part of a mailing
list which has a forum on this site then list handler adds the
recieved email to that forum.
SUGGESTED CHANGES: The listhandler module allows you to connect one
or more mailing lists to forums. (ACTUALLY, WHEN YOU SAY "VICE
VERSA" HERE DO YOU MEAN THAT "ONE OR MORE FORUMS CAN CONNECT TO ONE
OR MORE MAILING LISTS?" IF SO, END THE SENTENCE BEFORE "VICE VERSA"
AND SAY THAT...OR IF IT IS MULTIPLE LISTS TO MULTIPLE FORUMS, SAY
SO) . To do so, the Mail handler receives an email and then asks the
list handler if the received email is part of a list. If the received
email is part of a mailing list which has a forum on this site, then
the list handler adds the received email to that forum.
-I don't understand this sentence: The email address is used as the
From: field to check the address of messages sent by anonymous users.
-links seem to be missing in the "you can" section
