[drupal-docs] question about DocBook export in admin/help for book pages

If the patch does make it in for another Drupal 4.6 release, then best 
to tag that paragraph with the release number.

In the meantime, should we

(a) move it to a comment on that page with a note that it is expected in 
a future release
(b) let the author of that paragraph create a project issue as a 
reminder for them to update that handbook page when the paragraph is 
relevant.
