[drupal-docs] Venting - do not read

I've been trying to learn the drupal code and structure for a long time 
now and none of it is commented on. It's frustrating and terribly hard 
to learn. Why can't someone put a simple comment before functions or 
where the procedures shift like so,
// This function renders the profile edit page. Also /user/3/edit
Is there some reason we can't put comments inline with the code???
