Yep. Publish - Subscribe. I've got a lot of new ideas thinking about
this. In some ways, it's a bit like a wiki, in that someone has to
organize the inbound and outbound content.

Kieran Lal, CivicSpace's new CTO, is organizing a conference call for
this Friday to talk about some of these issues. I believe he'll be
publicizing the call on this list in a little bit (nudge, nudge).
