"Free" is not really free. It means the costs are shifted to the 
participants in the form of long distance charges. It might end up 
being cheap, however.

David Monosov (RedLED on IRC) offered to set up an affordable call-in 
line for us at one point. I just asked for more information:

the same named pbx, so people without broadband could still call in via 
regular phone
