[drupal-docs] Notes from documentation conference call this morning

Lots of synergy here! :-)

1. If you provide me a list of drupal.org user IDs (or drupal.org 
usernames) I'll empower these accounts so they can maintain the 
documentation on drupal.org.

2. We'll want to explore this further but we can probably use the Drupal 
donated money (http://drupal.org/donate) to reimburse the costs of 
conference calls -- either in part or in full.

3. I could create a 'documentation project' on drupal.org.  Like that, 
people can report documentation related problems, add tasks, etc. 
Furthermore, I could make it so that all documentation related issues 
get mailed to drupal-docs at drupal.org.  Would that be desirable?

4. It might make sense to migrate some of the information/notes to the 
Documentation writer's guide at 
http://drupal.org/documentation-writers-guide.
