It's pretty minimal. Should just be

<p><strong><a><ul><li><blockquote>

and possibly a <b> tag if we missed changing one to <strong>.

Also, there may be a few spots where the code includes a line break that 
creates some extra spacing if line breaks are enabled. We used the Full 
HTML setting when creating these pages (IMHO, line breaks should not be 
recognized in Full HTML).
