[drupal-docs] OPML for documentation import/export

For those who can't wait for the new OPML feeds, we managed to import
both the Bryght and CivicSpaceLabs documentation last night. In all we
did 3 imports and improved the documentation a fair amount. We are
still working on the Creative Commons Shared Alike Attributions, and
have made some suggestions how we would do it.

http://dev.bryght.com/t/wiki/DrupalDocInterchange Hopefully people
will find it very useful to have this documentation on their own sites.

Cheers,
Kieran
