I think the trouble shooting faq is a good place to start for two 
reasons...  1) It looks awful as is.  2) It can be broad and difficult 
to manage, but it can also be very narrow.  Even if you just manage to 
condense down all those comments into an easy to read page, it would be 
a good start.  It's the sort of miscellaneous folder for odds and ends 
that don't fit anywhere else.  Although not the natural choice, you're 
more likely to run into complications with other pages if you start from 
the beginning and go from there.

Although, I wonder if it wouldn't be better to copy over the information 
from the Drupal Docs over to the wiki so it can be edited/improved there 
instead of going back and forth?
