[drupal-docs] a suggestion for an experiment

Has anyone considered using patterns as a structured way of collecting
and describing knowledge about doing things with drupal. It could be
quite useful.
I've set-up an experimental drupal site
(http://mec0026.engi.cf.ac.uk/vlado) to play with the idea. I've enabled
the distributed auth, so you can use your drupal id if you want to skip
the registration. I'll try and fill it up as time allows, but any help
is welcome. All content (if considered useful) will go back to the
community with any license. I personally prefer leaving it in the public
domain, but people differ.
The site is nearly empty, I've created a 'drupal pattern' content type,
and you can categorise patterns using taxonomy-on-the-fly.
This is an experiment, but I intend to play with it. I can see
immediately several interesting possible developments.
Pattern exchange. It is trivial to create a 'pattern feed', some form of
xml feed - be it rss or other does not really matter, as long as it is
machine readable/understandable. Pattern exchange will help accumulate
good knowledge within the drupal community. Since it is structured it is
easier to classify and filter.
Better understanding of the Drupal Way [tm Ber], and actually trying to
uncover its classification :)
