[drupal-docs] Adding pages about basics

The word (is it a word?) cmod is unfriendly. You can't even properly
pronounce it. But saying 'set permissions on this folder' every time
this comes up is mendoukusai (tiresome). So, I was thinking of creating
a set of pages in the handbook that explain things like cmodding and
using phpMyAdmin. You can think of it as a set of functions that you
keep in a seperate file and all the modules can call to... you can
change the pages without changing all the other stuff. This way you can
get away with using more technical explanations.
Of course, there is a certain amount people need to learn... None of
this really really has to do with Drupal itself. But rather than face
the same basic 'silly' questions, why not have a simple explanation
easily accessible?
Examples.
* Running SQL queries in MySQL
* Setting permissions
> Unix
> FTP
* Editing php.
Stuff. Some of this is also hidden in the handbook pages (there are
some real gems, like this http://drupal.org/node/17430). I suspect the
more you go through the pages, the more you find yourself explaining
basic things over and over.
If this sounds good, then as a further step, perhaps make a place in the
Bryght development wiki for these kinds of things.
Anisa.
