Some quick comments:

1. I'm OK with multiple root books.  I can setup the proposed root 
books as soon as tomorrow.  Just give me a 'go' when you guys are 
ready.

2. I can also look into subscriptions but would like to know what the 
ideal book subscriptions would look like. Let's discuss this some more 
so we can compile a list of requirements.  The notes on the wiki make 
for a great start.
