[drupal-docs] Brief architecture overview

While I am thinking about it, one of the things in documentation in the General about Drupal section of the docs is an overview of why Drupal is/is not OO.  I remember Steven had a nice forum post about it once that may serve as a nice starting point. Just having it in the docs may help reduce the number of questions.  It tends to scroll off the forums and we go through it every 6-8 weeks
 
Just thought of another, Why doesn't Drupal integrate with X (other Open Source app).  I'll write something up that that is generic enough to cover misc/phpBB integration requests too. :)  Something along the lines of modules welcome, but Open Source is a scratch your own itch philosophy and no one has seen fit to scratch that itch
