[drupal-docs] Brief architecture overview

Also, I think I am really liking this idea of submitting issues for 
problems with the handbook/website.  Sends a mail straight to the drupal 
docs list and is trackable.  It should be used more often!  I wonder if 
people would mind the extra mail, though, I felt a little bad about 
that.  :)
