[drupal-docs] cron jobs

Certainly I don't see any official page (neither here in the handbook 
http://drupal.org/node/288 nor in the install text) that suggests a 
blank page is what is supposed to happen. 

I'd write it, but I would need to know more.  Things that don't involve 
'scary' script lines, and definitely things that don't require a Unix 
OS.  I actually thought it was so difficult I never even bothered to 
visit the cron.php page.  :p
