[drupal-docs] how much is considered 'documentation'?

I think the API is fab just the way it is.  ;)  Well, I would like to be 
able to do a text search sometimes, instead of just a function search, 
but other than that, the structure and the cross referencing are in no 
need of repair.  At least, not by me!
