[drupal-docs] Top 20 searches for documentation

One other advantage to knowing this is that it would help in
coordinating priorities for documentation construction and maintenance.
I've been amazed lately at all the great stuff going on with this list
about producing and refining documentation. But like the development of
Drupal core and contributed modules, there becomes a point where too
much documentation can become difficult to maintain. Knowing what
documentation is most requested and gets used the most would help to
prioritize updates; for instance, the top 20 (or some other number) list
could be part of a *must do* update list associated with any new Drupal
release candidate before the official release.
