[drupal-docs] opml vs weboutliner?

OK.  So we drop that.

I dunno about the weboutliner thing...  it almost seems too cool, if 
that makes sense.  If there were a way to move book pages en masse, that 
would be very beneficial.  Something like you can do with phpbb forum 
topics (yes, yes, I am aware of all the opinions about phpbb code ;p).  
Any ideas?
