I won't speak for all of CivicSpace labs or the CivicSpace community.  
But in my opinion we should stick everything in Drupal documentation.  
We are much better off having a master documentation workbook that 
CivicSpace can regularly extract and ship with their distro and host on 
the CSL site.

Since all CivicSpace code is en route to drupal cvs there really 
shouldn't be any differences.
