[drupal-docs] Moving Nodes vs. Creating New Nodes

I am going to be out for a good part of the rest of the day.  But I  
won't be going to sleep until I can get handbook pages created for  
each of the application modules for Drupal.  I need to set up the  
links to those handbook pages so that I can get patches into the  
modules.

Here are the tables I am working on completing.

The goal is to have handbook pages linked to in the configuring and  
customizing handbook column.
