Dries,
Do please make Anisa documentation coordinator - she's a natural.
I respect and thank everybody who has been selfless enough to volunteer
their time for this, but Anisa's ability to relate to people (both users
and others on the team), her enthusiasm, her humour and her simple
willingness to get the job done are all evident in every posting she
makes to this list.
I don't in any way wish to imply that any other candidate would not do a
good job, just that I think Anisa ideally suited to the role and our
present needs.
Cheers all,
Will

Subject: [drupal-docs] minor correction
http://drupal.org/handbook/about/contribute
should be moderation queue, I believe.
If I could fix it myself, I would, so don't start. ;p
Also, the jabber module no longer comes with a drupal install:
http://drupal.org/handbook/install
And, actually, all references to it should be removed.
I'm not really getting the sense people have the slightest clue what
they're doing with the new shiny handbooks. :) What happened to
everyone's shiny enthusiasm?
Can we make a space at least for people to add to each module
description? I remember several people were interested in working on
that.
I realize that this is the Drupal Handbook and a certain amount of
marketing-like-speech is perhaps necessary, and this is really just a
personal feeling, but I wish it would be an honest, forthright book.
Drupal is not infinitely customizable, though it is highly customizable,
it takes time and a willingness to learn to really configure it to how
you want it to look. If I can't do something in Drupal, and it's a
known thing, it'd be nice to know before I post a 'can I do this...' in
the forum.
That's a personal rant, so please don't turn it into anything. ^.^ I'm
still irritated we can't put html in titles anymore. Yes, I'm sure it
was very much a vulnerability (and was surprised initially that it could
be done in 4.5.2), but it was so conveinant. :)
Anisa.
