[drupal-docs] [drupal-devel] A little about my morning. - Rant on Documentation

The perfectly good one of contribs not being part of Drupal, but rather 
addons to Drupal.  How many OSes or CMSes do you see that provide places 
for 3rd party programs?

*shrug*

Not for or against anything, just sayin' you can't blame Drupal for the 
lack of contrib documentation.
