Cool...but please keep in mind that some of us cannot use proprietary
viewers like Macromedia Flash because of binary only software distributions.

Instead we must use software like GPLFlash to be able to view SWF files
on alternative architectures:

I does work, but the quality is not quite there yet.  I understand there
may be some bandwidth advantages to SWF, but would it be totally offbase
to use something like theora?
