Hi Charlie - most of my 'new' contributions are
glue/placeholder text to make the revised structure
work.
I'm personally in favour of doing edits the edits
in place - Dries feels that it's not necessary to
archive the old copy. So please, edit away! :-)

I think it would be lovely if Anisa and Kieran
had edit privileges also - I believe Bryan already
has permissions, or? Anyone else? Of course,
now we actually have to talk to each other and
agree on what we're doing ;) Though I think
that we are reaching agreement on most issues...
Everyone OK with this? Shall we focus on the
'About Drupal' section. Currently, it's rather
short (and should probably stay that way)
Re: the 'About' section: I've been trying to
make it much more transparent. I am trying
to address the needs of the user who has
found her way to drupal.org in the quest for
something to help her make a website.
Not sure which persona specifically - I think
it needs to be fairly broad, hence not
very technical.
This section should help this user to figure
out
* what is Drupal
* can I use it to do what I need
* what would it look like in use
* how does it compare with other systems
* why should I choose Drupal
etc.
I hope that this is consistent with what
has been discussed. In any case,
I defer to your greater expertise, and
the input of Kieran's studies and analysis.
Bryan has some nice additions in
the 'new' version. Hopefully not too
much overlap.
Regards, Djun
