[drupal-docs] update on doc project teams

I am +1 for this... From a usability perspective it is always useful when someone has a problem to KNOW who they can contact. Not sure if it is feasible for Drupal specific, or whether the public would have the job of contacting people on these pages. Or would that be for the benefit of the developers?
