[drupal-docs] Please add your username to the Log entry when you revise a Handbook page

ne,ne,ne, with the logs, when someone has already added a log message 
for a previous revision, that shows up in the log box for your new 
revision.  Is it okay to delete that and write your log message over it, 
or should you leave it alone?
